Stuart Laws – Founder & Innovation Strategist
With over 30 years of experience in innovation and defence, Stuart leads our mission to transform how organisations approach innovation. As the MoD’s lead for the Defence Idea Management Strategy within the Defence Innovation Unit, he brings exceptional expertise in designing and implementing large-scale innovation initiatives.
Stuart’s unique background combines extensive experience in ICT project delivery, improvement programmes, and innovation strategy. Since joining the MoD in 1990, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to drive organisational change through defence innovation.
